I had a protein shake and a Fiber One english muffin. And coffee.

I scrambled an egg with diced tomatoes and feta then put it on Syrian bread.

It's a toss up - either a slice of cinnamon braid coffee cake, or a grapefruit. Probably cinnamon braid coffee cake.

Special K cereal topped with blueberries. Blueberry juice to drink.

I should have gone with the grapefruit. The coffee cake is no good anymore and I couldn't tell until I had the first couple of bites. Now I don't feel good. Sigh. Some days it just doesn't pay to chew through the restraints in the morning...
