I have daily routine. (sounds better than writing, "I'm lazy!")
Every morning I make 2 cups of coffee and boil an extra large egg. I mush it up with mayo and spread it on a piece of bread. I used to only eat whole wheat, but now I'm using Arnold Country White. If I still feel hungry, I have a small bowl of Mini Wheats with 2% milk, sometimes with sliced fruit. However, some of these posts are shaming me into being a little more adventurous. I have some leftover Arrowhead Mills Multi-Grain mix, so maybe tomorrow I'll make banana pancakes for breakfast.
My breakfasts lately are weird. The avocados are so great I'm having a mashed avo with salt and pepper, some Costco black forest ham and a couple of Rye-Krisp crackers with blue cheese crumbles. Holds me tlll dinner as I don't eat lunch.
Scrambled egg whites mixed with spinach, a tiny croissant with a bit of cream cheese, a very small amount of oatmeal, a cup of weak coffee as well as a cup of tea with milk and sugar.
