Today's Lunch - Part 4 (tuna, pizza, homemade, glass)

A blueberry non-fat Greek yogurt, 2 slices of whole wheat bread with strawberry preserves and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar

Today was at Saltgrass in Lewisville, TX. I stopped there for some seafood fondeaux, garlic toast, a house salad (ranch and croutons), and iced tea.

Shrimp cocktail with lemon slices, 1/2 avocado topped with sour cream and home-made Pico de Gallo.

Girls lunch at Panera. Had half of a tuna sandwich and a cup of New England clam chowder with a buttered roll. Unsweetened iced tea to drink.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, pear slices, baby carrots and some brownie bites for dessert.

A chicken breast meat patty, a mixture of corn and peas and a large glass of cranberry juice.

Home-made chicken soup from last night and a couple of slices of toasted poppyseed bread.

I ordered take-out from Pickup Stix and had their House Special Chicken lunch combo with steamed rice and cream cheese won tons.
