Today's Lunch - Part 4 (ingredient, sauces, brands, organic)

Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich with Lettuce & Tomato from Steak Out.

Chicken and ham cold cut sandwich, apple and pear slices and baby carrots.

2 small chicken cutlets, a mixture of corn and peas and a large glass of cranberry juice.

Started out by eating my way through Costco. Had bistro shrimp, salmon burger, and herbed turkey breast with sharp cheese, crescent roll, and lemonade with green tea. Finished it off with a very berry sundae with DH. Liked the shrimp so much that we got some to take home and had it with a habanero sauce. Sweet iced tea to drink.

Had 2 soft Bavarian Pretzels,some Sauerkraut and ginger tea with Perrier water.

Cast iron pan seared steak, eggplant/caramelized onion puree, sauteed fresh green beans & English cuke with fresh lemon.

Alm, your Bavarian pretzels sound delicious... never had a soft one. Sounds like you're feeling better.

A frozen meal: Michelina's stroganoff, 1/2 of a Tangelo and fruit juice.

Tuna sandwich, chicken noodle soup and 2 Mandarin oranges.

A couple pieces of barbecued pork shoulder, a slice of wheat bread and a bit of fruit salad (cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries and grapes).
