Today's Lunch - Part 4 (coupons, McDonald's, steaks, milk)

Tuna sandwich with my usual pear slices and baby carrots. I also had a tangerine to change things up a bit.

I had pretzels, ice cream and roast chicken with lots of hot sauce.

I had a Kaiser bun with butter,Swiss cheese slices,tomato,pickle slices,olives,red onion slices and lettuce. With it a large glass of lassi and also a Bartlett pear.

Today lunch was Salmon Teriyaki with white rice and salad.
