A pint of ale. No, I don't have a drinking problem. I stopped to meet a mate during a brief layover at the airport (she's headed back home to Paris) & we had time for a drink, but not a meal, sad that. In any event, my friend went aboard with a smile & I ate 2 turkey sausages & 2 organic egg yolks beforehand.
Alm, I finally made yogurt last night... I'll report back tomorrow, but it's all great news!
2 small toasted whole wheat tuna sandwiches with non-fat mayonnaise and dill pickles, a Fiber One oats & chocolate chewy bar and a large glass of cranberry juice.
spaghetti with jarred sauce. I won't be doing that again, too thin, no flavor. Oh, well.....
You're right, CC. The only jarred sauce I've ever had that tasted good (usually the red sauces have too much salt or are too bland) or wasn't watery without a lot of additions of herbs, spices & tomato paste are a few brands of expensive Alfredo sauce. I never eat cheese or have dairy on hand, so the few times I've wanted an Alfredo, it just seemed like too much trouble/expense to buy the ingredients... but, if I ate Alfredo/pasta every time I wanted, I'd be 200-lbs, so it's usually reserved for a couple times/yr in a restaurant.
My lunch was a small rare steak, a ton of water & a double espresso, with a handful of aspirin for my pounding head. Must be that airport ale from yesterday that triggered a gnarly bonce bashin'.
Today was chicken teriyaki, California rolls, rice, and soup.
