Ooh, meatloaf & chick thighs sound good, but, feel better soon CC. Happy tummy thoughts.

I had some highly seasoned, roasted chicken (I normally shun, poultry... think I'm allergic???) & nothing else. I'm on the Dukan diet 'til I return to my normal weight for my b'day in 2-wks' time. Please hold good, shrinking thoughts for me. I've got a size 3 dress that's screaming my name!

Have a good week, all!

WTG Patenjal, Princess Catherine did Dukan, along with her mother, to drop weight for her wedding.

I used Spike sodium free seasoning on the chicken thighs and they were da bomb!!!

Tummy's better, mebbe 'cause I had a piece of bread and a matzoh last night? I got the matzohs free with coupon and purchase of fifty dollars at Price Chopper. Nope, my parrot does not want that cracker. LMAO

Haha. Cute, CC. I'm going to email Geo Clooney to remind him I'm svelte & ready for marriage, just like a princess.

I had a foot surgery so due to inactivity have gained a few pounds due to inactivity... first time in my life I've gained a few. So, I'm not too savvy on losing it, as I've never had to before. Doing well on Dukan, but all the 'meat', which isn't in my normal diet, is a bit much for me for the protein, which is necessary for the diet. Still, it's working, so I'm determined to hang in there. I'm also allergic to ALL dairy, but eating yogurt for protein is working, too, so I'll just hang in there & bear with the face rash. Small worries...

Glad you & Almrausch are feeling better.
