A pastrami sandwich on multigrain bread served with lots of lettuce, a handful of jalapeno roasted almonds (leftover from my breakfast) and a 1/2 of bottle of Coke-a-Cola (leftover coke ). That's my soft drink for the week.
A Bourbon ham sandwich on multigrain bread with lots of lettuce. Naughty me - I had part of a Coke-a-Cola and for some reason it tasted even better today than the one that I had yesterday.
3 toasted light whole wheat slices of bread with non-fat mayonnaise and sardines, a Fiber One chocolate & oats chewy bar and a large glass of cranberry juice.
Still not much of an appetite,had some chicken broth in a cup
