Today's Lunch - Part 4 (health, kitchen, potato, lobster)

My today lunch is rice cake.

Half a sub sandwich, Sun Chips, and Crystal Light.

Homemade cream of tomato basil soup, Mexican Coke, and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert.

Garlic medium hot wings and bleu cheese dressing.

I'm at a work offsite today and there is a ton of food. Lunch buffet with chicken, beef and stuffed portobellos and a bunch of sides and some salads. Creme Brulee also! I will stick with a protein and a side veggie.

I have a little leftover Alaskan cod (hopefully, it is still good - I'll do the smell test first).

Tuna Sub with chips.

Tuna fish sandwich on a rye bread with lettuce and tomato slices and a large glass of sour lemon water.Some grapes and peach slices after.

BLT on flatbread, with Lettuce, tomato, spinach, sweet peppers, banana peppers and black olives with honey mustard sauce from Subway.
