A whole lot of air for lunch today ..no time to eat..just lassi and a fruit..I am busy preparing meals for a big family/in laws /friend get together for the whole next week starting as of today
Ate out at the deli bar - mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn and onions), red potatoes, a sweet & sour meatball and a small piece of meatloaf.
Just sandwiches ..vegetarian and meat ones...a raw vegetable platter,grapefruit half's,a variety of cut up fruit,orange juice/lemon water/or just water.My family and in laws eat like they have not eaten for a week
DH's favorite - beer battered fish filets (frozen), oven baked steak fries (homemade), peas and carrots, and corn. Homemade blackberry crumb pie and/or wacky cake (a Pennsylvania Dutch chocolate shoefly) for dessert (which I've already sampled).
It was supposed to be dinner, but DH couldn't wait - he asked me to make it NOW.
