I know one: baby carrots are easy munchy food but what about greens. Anything as handy and simple as baby carrots where a person can get their greens?

Kale chips: Toss some organic kale with olive oil, salt, garlic, parmesan cheese, whatever spices you like. Bake spread out on a cookie sheet at about 250 degrees until they are crispy. You can snack on them in a bowl just like popcorn or potato chips. If you don't like them, try again, you probably seasoned them wrong. They taste great and have that crunch that people crave when snacking.

You can do the same with sweet potatoes, other greens - in fact just about any veggie. I use cajun seasoning on roasted sliced vegetables. Most root vegetables (parsnips, turnips, beets) are wonderful roasted and good cold too.
Cherry tomatoes.
Fruit/veggie smoothies don't take much time (I put parsley in smoothies with fruit.)

Or, just eat greens and other vegetables with regular meals and don't "snack."

PS, sorry OP I see you said greens specifically. Chard also makes good chips, made the way Bmachina said!

For munchies? Mallosol, or half-dill pickles. Crisp and bright green. I love those things.
