I've had this, it's not too bad. Mock turtle soup - the beef heart chunks are supposed to have the consistency of turtle meat.

How about this one? It's been around for quite some time and used to be served on the old cruise ships.

Hint: It's a sauce.

paprika

Worcestershire sauce

It's really good on steaks.
