When we have potluck there is atleast one who brings rice and most of them like to have it with some kind of curry, so I always go for different curry. Since I am a vegetarian, I don't have much ideas about chicken, but my friends eating meat likes Chicken Tikka Masala. You could find various curry recipes on youtube.
