When we have potluck there is atleast one who brings rice and most of them like to have it with some kind of curry, so I always go for different curry. Since I am a vegetarian, I don't have much ideas about chicken, but my friends eating meat likes Chicken Tikka Masala. You could find various curry recipes on youtube.

The bank has a very large training and meeting room with an entrance at the side of the building. Oh, and btw, it dawned on us a few days ago, Tues is Veterans day, the bank is closed, so we moved it to someone's home. There will be about 20 of us.
