Once again, I crapped out on making dinner. I just don't seem to care about it anymore. Son has gone for Mooyah burgers. I might eat half of one.

Roast chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, honey-roasted corn and peppers, cranberry sauce, brioche, and unsweetened iced tea to drink.

I was attemping to make canned salmon mac and cheese, I think it will be more like a casserole with broccoli on the side. Oh well. Will try again next time.

I had chicken pizza for dinner. That was pretty good.

Crockpot pork steak, boiled potatoes topped with butter, sour cream, the greens of scallions, and steamed spinach.

Since its snowing, again, I think I will fire up the grill tonight. I will season a London broil with Montreal seasoning and throw it on the grill. When it's done I will slice it very thin and serve on top of a big salad.
