A triple berry nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 toasted slices of whole grain/wheat bread with cheese (one with a mild yellow cheese & one with cottage cheese) and a mug of black tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
4 cups of Maruchan Cheddar Cheese instant ramen tonight, with slightly sweetened coffee and orange juice (not mixed together, that would be terrible). I make weird meals.
