I'm making turkey club sandwiches with applewood bacon, crinkle cut fries. Warm cherry turnovers for dessert.

I'll saute 2 whole onions with a whole head of garlic in EVOO and butter plus broccoli stalks cut up tiny, then add some chicken broth and cook for about 5-10 minutes. Then I'll cook some pasta-whatever I can find but angel hair would be best- for at least 2 minutes LESS than package directions. Combine pasta, sauce and broccoli crowns to let the pasta absorb the sauce. I'll add some cut up leftover pork at some point too.

Sauteed skinless/boneless chicken thighs with some garlic expression, rice wine vinegar and a splash of Vodka. Roasted broccoli and fingerling potatoes with a little olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. So delicious. Poured some of the sauce over the veggies and chicken, so delicious.
