Oven baked French onion soup gratin, spinach and wild mushroom quiche and baked artichoke hearts. A glass of wine. Not sure what.

Harvest fruit salad with a little cinnamon schnapps for desert.

Ham sandwiches. We spent the day at a festival, where I was one of the spinning demonstrators. It was cold and windy. No interest in cooking.

Had a very cool dinner. Wife made spaghetti squash in place of pasta, and cooked a pumpkin/yogurt sauce with spices and crumbled hot Italian sausage. Even the kids hoovered it down- it was really good. I actually kind of like it better than pasta!

Monday: My DD is starting a new diet this week. While she waits for the food/shakes to arrive, she has asked me to make a spinach lasagna. I will serve it with salad. For dessert, Granny Smith apples cut up and served with low fat Carmel dip.

I think we are going to have a small pork loin roast, i will use the left over squash casserole before it spoils and do a basic green salad. Think that sounds good!!! I didn't do my menu this week, I have been super busy, so what I have this week is pretty much stored in my brain, what is left of it anyway. We leave for our cruise in about 10 days: guess now it is just clean out the fridge time.
