We got some beautiful and large bell peppers at Aldi's last week. I am having stuffed bells and a green salad. We still have a lot of greens we need to get rid of before they spoil. I will have blue cheese dressing on mine, spoiled brat will do the healthy but boring dressing: lemon and oo.

I was going to say chili, but I like the stuffed peppers idea better. Hubby would love that.

I so TOTALLY love this - "refrigerator roulette" - I'm stealing it! It will now become a regular on my rotation of dinners!

Thank you for putting a smile on my face, no kudzu - it is sorely needed this morning!

Edited to add - Oh yeah. Dinner. I'm having a wilted lettuce salad. I don't know what anyone else is having.

I am making lamb stuffed grape leaves tonight. I will serve with last night's tzatziki sauce, Syrian bread and olives.

Grilled cheese sammies, french fries, tomato soup. Good ole fashioned comfort food.

Feeling really tired and depressed so I'm keeping it really simple tonight: grilled Italian roast beef sandwiches, tomato bisque, a bottle of Merlot and the leftover chocolate brownies that my sister made for us.
