A blueberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 3 toasted slices of stone ground wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of tea with a bit of nonfat milk & a teaspoon of sugar.

Alaskan King crab legs with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, steamed green beans, boiled red potatoes with fresh parsley and drawn butter drizzled over the crab and potatoes.
