After much debate it will be eggs benedict for dinner. My husband will do the cooking tonight, I am in charge of The Red Stripe tonight. Its been a long few days, I deserve it!
A slight variation on American Chop Suey. I threw in a can of black beans and some beef broth. Wow, aren't I a rebel? Also, an apple crisp with ice cream.
Tonight we have marjoram chicken legs with garlic mashed potatoes with a hint of sour creme and a green garden salad. To drink sour lemon water or lassi. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit
Boston butt in the crock pot now for BBQ on buns with cole slaw and oven baked "fries"
