Everyone is pigging out on Burgers and Girlscout cookies tonight. Junk food galore! But so so good.

I'm on the road for work all week. Tonight I had a 6oz salmon filet grilled and glazed with some kind of tomatillo/lime/garlic sauce (very good), sauteed asparagus with herb sauce and a side salad (and two glasses of red wine).

Business dinner. Very good meal. Not too filling, just right.

I'm on break from work, which for me always means my schedule gets screwy (I revert to my internal 26-hour clock, so I get out of sync with the world pretty quickly). All that is a preface to saying that while it's only 7:30 a.m. my time, I've already had dinner today.

"Tonight" it was a small pork chop baked with Shake 'n Bake (yep, SHAKE 'N BAKE, lol ) parmesan-crusted coating. Took all of 25 minutes to make (and it was BAKING for 20 of those minutes!) so it was easy, which is what I was looking for!

I'd made a big pan of veggies yesterday, so I nuked them for a couple of minutes, then re-stir-fried for another few minutes. They are ALMOST as good on day 2 as on day 1. Yum!

I had some chicken thighs in the freezer I wasn't sure what to do with. I saw Paka's recipe for man pleasing chicken ( yes I thought the name.....interesting) and I am trying it tonight. I am making rice and slow roasted tomatoes with it.

Dinner is for us today at lunch time, just the way I remember it from Germany.Having again my friends little 2 kids over and they were asking if 'auntie' Alm will make German pancakes with sugar, cinnamon and apple sauce. How can I resist and with it we will have a glass of milk.
Dinner will be just a chicken soup in a cup and an orange for dessert.

Baked spaghetti pie made with roasted spaghetti squash, spinach, and marinara sauce and topped with crushed walnuts. Sounds weird, but it's delicious.

I get the A1 burger but it isn't all that. I am surprised at your fries though. Mine makes them to order and it's really good.
