I always drool over what some are cooking as i don't have the time to make meals that take a long prep time. Hopefully this summer can do some real cooking.
Tonight it's Italian gravy with pork and spinach/ricotta ravioli.
Tonight we are having rare roast beef (topped with horseradish cream and onion rings),
sour cream and scallion mashed potatoes, green beans with mushroom and shallots, orange-glazed carrots,
a nice burgundy and chocolate cream pie for dessert.
Pizza. Made too much, need an additional guest to finish it off. Anyone in for some spicy pizza & dessert pizza ?
I wish, live too far away though.
