Making penne alfredo tonight and using Paka's recipe she posted. Also making chicken thighs in the oven.

Spoiled brat stuck a ham on the smoker a couple hours ago. I will do fruit salad, broccoli and carrots and make some ramon noodles.

I think I will make a blackened chicken breast and fillet it over a feta cheese salad. I need something fresh today.

BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, baked beans, salad. For dessert red, white and blue angel food cake trifle made with white chocolate pudding, blueberries, strawberries and cool whip.
