Not much dinner going on at my home today since I am not supposed to be doing anything. DH made himself a sandwich with brown sugar ham. I did make my version of wonton without meat, but who knew that broken ribs made it almost impossible to eat even soup. I am still waiting to lose some weight after being sick these past two months.
I took a skinless boneless chicken breast and put it into a Crockpot with taco seasonings, onions, garlic, bell pepper and garden-fresh cilantro (I love cilantro ) to make a tasty chicken tostado.
