Quinoa and mushroom, minced carrot, cabbage, onion and celery stuffed cabbage rolls with a tangy tomato sauce.

Red potato salad with chopped pickles and a creamy dill dressing.

Poppy seed and nut roles and hot tea or coffee. Or lemon water.

DH made grilled tilapia, mashed sweet potatoes, and salad. Brought home Edible Arrangements for Valentine's Day, so I am have a pineapple lollipop for dessert. The fresh pineapple tastes so good.

Very warm out today, Temps in the mid 80's~ but went out and grilled steak and potato slices, heated some peas, made some dinner rolls.
Got a call while I was grilling and got insurance on my new (to us) summer home in Prescott Valley. Going to become Arizona residents full time.

Grilled albacore that marinaded in lime juice, curried rice, green salad with an apple-cider vinegar, basil olive oil dressing. Just want a lot of flavor.
