Some nice talapia filets, seasoned and pan-fried in coconut oil, white rice and stir-fried vegetables.

I just bought these yesterday and going to give them a try tonight. It's just a coincidence that it's Meatless Monday.

Also, crinkle-cut fries. Not organic, but yes crispy. I already know that these are delicious so, if the burger is a dud, then I'll make another "serving" (ahem ) of fries.

Extra Crispy Crinkle Cut
I ate early. I wasn't happy. The taste of the burger was okay but it was rubbery. I have three left. Next time, I'm going to put it in bun (I just had it "naked" this time), with lots of onion and some ketchup or mustard, and hope that it de-rubberizes the feeling.

The fries were good. They're always good. Fries to the rescue! Three cheers for fries!

I'm ready for my ice cream sandwich.

Dirt grinder on here posted about the Morningside grillers. Really really good for being burgers. I was amazed as my experience is usually how yours was.

Lentil Loaf with walnuts baking in the oven. Garlic Smashed Yukon Gold potatoes, Green Beans with toasted almonds.

Wild mushroom and caramelized onion gravy with a touch of dry sherry.

Cucumber and red onion salad.

We still have Bundt Cake left over from Valentine's Day. I'm having half a Ruby Red Grapefruit instead.

I think it's a good night for some mulled wine!
