Tonight I am going to try grilling shoyu chicken. Shoyu chicken is a favourite around here but I have never made nor even tasted it grilled! I will make rice and macaroni salad to go with it.
Wishing everyone a great day!

Oh... I was at the produce market the other day and decided to pass on the fennel. How do you make that?

origninally we were going to have shrimp over pasta with pesto and chopped veggies, but we went out for a really big lunch, our favorite Mexican restaurant so it is shrimp salad and cheese toast. Daughter joined us for lunch and will do the same for dinner.

Going "down south" for dinner tonight: fried pork chops and apples; black eye peas; collards with bacon and mushroom; corn bread and pecan pie with French vanilla ice cream for dessert (I know, I'll have to hit the gym tomorrow!)
