Grilling a some new things tonight - friends are visiting from NY so I thought I'd try some new ideas -

Grilled fig salad with pecans and crumbled blue cheese in a honey mustard dressing served over a bed of baby spinach.

Grilled zucchini roll ups stuffed with goat cheese and minced sweet peppers with fresh basil and baby arugala,

Grilled Roma tomatoes with a lime and garlic dressing. Grilled garlic bread

Grilled peaches marinated in Triple Sec served with Hagen Daaz vanilla ice cream.

Went out with a buddy after work and had decent bar food. Mozzarella sticks, honey mustard chicken wings,some clam chowder and a few draft beers. TGIF!
