I had some leftover hummus from lunch, some string cheese and now eating some canned salmon with a little mayo and some gluten free crackers. Snacking tonight.
I made "pizza" for dinner. Two tortillas (interestingly enough, the El Paso ones are perfect... they don't get soggy), tomato sauce mixed with tomato paste, Kraft Italiano shredded cheese (provolone, mozzarella, romano, emmental), and anchovies. Yes, that's right, anchovies.
I've been waiting for hours to post on this thread, actually. I just had my dinner but I've been wanting to say HAPPY (belated) BIRTHDAY, MAINEBROKERMAN!

Had to work late tonight, picked up a pizza on the way home....
4 hash brown patties with ketchup and 6 strips of bacon with maple syrup....
