Pork chops smothered in apples and onions. Italian flat beans sauteed in olive oil with garlic slivers and crushed red pepper and homemade mac and cheese.

It's too hot to cook, so I stopped by my local Hawaiian fast food place and picked up a chicken katsu plate which had sides of macaroni salad and steamed rice. Iced tea to drink.
