Tonight green bell papers stuffed with a potato and corn curry and baked in the oven and served with basmati rice and cucumber/mint raita.I have done so many variations using different vegetable curries as stuffings. Some I serve with cucumber raita, some with a plain raita. To drink always lassi or water. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit and later a Mozart Kugel https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozartkugel with a cup of Darjeeling tea.

It is a cool day here wih rain predicted so it sounds to me like a soup day. I took a container of veggie chowder out of the freezer yesterday, will add some veggies and broth left for the other night and have a yummy soup, plus sliced apples, cheese peices and Texas toast.

Garlic Crust!! Sounds perfect!

Busy afternoon so an easy dinner. Heating up a small hickory smoked ham, corn on the cob and either rosemary fries or rice pilaf.
Happy Thursday!!

Pasta Puttanesca with garlic bread on the menu tonight. Since I am opening up the jar of anchovies, I am going to also make a Bagna Cauda for veggies.

Thanks! I just realized I only have macaroni so I will have to cut that broccoli pretty small! I always match my vegetable chop size to the size of the pasta. I was hoping I had rotini.
