When I was in your position I had a small portable one from like HD or Lowes. Brought it out, grilled, and brought it back inside. Never had an issue. Using the communal ones would scare me
Yeah, but what about the screaming hot coals inside the house? lol
Also, our balcony faces the street, and there's a constant stream of residents walking their dogs who would observe our subversive behavior and maybe report it. I don't know, I'm getting desperate. I just might crack and do it. I don't think they can throw us out, lol.

This is the best resolution I've ever heard in my life.
I know i need to eat them, and know that they are soooo good for me. But I'm not a fan of raw veggies, and I'm pretty picky about the veggies I eat and like. So my plan is to eat one vegetarian meal per night ("Meatless Mondays," and to incorporate more vegetables into my daily diet.
I am planning to go back to making my own pasta; try making brioche and homemade ricotta; and while I dislike bananas, I have started the new year by putting them in a chocolate protein shake.

Ditto! We are a meat and potatoes family. 50% meat, 50% potatoes. Vegetables are merely an afterthought - better throw a can of corn in a pot.
For the past couple of weeks, I've been trying out tons of new, fresh, vegetables. Surprised at how well it is going over with the husband. Our plates are now about 50% veggies and 25% each meat and potatoes.
I've been roasting them, making tempura, baking with a Parmesan/panko crust ...
I resolve to eat more fruits. I am a huge veggie eater but not the fruits so much. If I eat more fruits I might cut back on some of the not so healthy foods I consume., Basically we eat very healthy, but just way to much, but there is always room for improvement. I think I make too many sauces.
