I guess I'm in the minority. I like her. I've made many of her recipes and they all turned out great. I met her in person a couple of times and sorry, her head isn't that big . She's very nice and really pretty.

I heard a rumor that Giada does not actually swallow her food on camera and that when the camera is off she spits it in a bowl. Not sure if I believe it or not. She is too skinny IMO. I love Lidia, pioneer woman.
Actually I read something similar on another forum. Someone had a friend who worked on the production of her show and they said she literally never eats, other than taking bites for the camera. I don't remember anything about spitting the food out, but it wouldn't surprise me.

now come on,,,lets not cast aspersions,,,,you don't know for sure if she's a spitter,,,,
I like Giada, she has a great smile (I have a teeth crush on her) and seems inviting, like she's cooking for you while you're in her kitchen
my favorite food show is anything with Jaime Oliver (whom i've also had a crush on for years LOL). I love his no-nonsense, rustic style using mostly whole, unprocessed food, and I enjoyed when he would cook a full dinner then at the end of the show, random friends would be stopping by his place to eat
Guy Fieri - yikes I cannot stand that Diners Drive-Ins and Dives haha

Ooh I forgot about him. I do miss his shows. I've always preferred the chefs who cook simply. Not a ton of ingredients. My hubby and I still imitate him on occasion with the phrase, "It's simpo" LOL

Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Honey is that you ? I thought you didn't like the internet!
Thanks for starting my morning off with a good laugh!
