Wrap the tofu in a tortilla and then put it on a metal skewer and dip it in like a shiskebob!

You can use the prepared biscuit dough that comes in the pop tubes to make pretty tasty doughnuts. Shape, fry, sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar, or glaze how you like.

A lot of restaurants have recycle programs and will take your oil. You just have to have a pretty reliable canister to transport it in, ideally the bottle it came out of.
