I have a dtr-in-law who makes chocolate trays to order. She includes chips, pretzels, marshmallows, popcorn, Nutter Butter cookies, AND Oreos. There's always a bowl of hardened chocolate from the last order, we just have to nuke it for a few seconds and let the dipping begin! Too bad I'm not crazy about Oreos.

20 or 30 years, at least. That filling is just vile. Not a fan of commercial cookies.

Can't remember. It's been a couple of years at least.

I do remember when I was maybe, 14-15? answering the door for the UPS man, who happened to be pretty young and cute. I did a little bit of flirting, totally not in the habit of it, smiling brightly.

It was not until after he was gone that I happened to look in the mirror at my teeth.

Friday. I had Oreos dipped in chocolate. I work in a high school cafeteria, and we had the end-of-year Honor Society Tea, which included treats such as strawberries, pretzels, Nutter Butters and Oreos to dip in the chocolate fountain.

Staff got to clean up (eat) the leftovers.

Many years ago, but now that I am reminded of them again, I will have to go out and buy me a package. I remember they were very good and I would skillfully turn the cookies apart so I could eat the vanilla filling first, then go back and eat both cookies.

About a week ago. We have them in the house. We recently went to Trader Joes and tried their version and it was disgusting.

I was thinking of this thread yesterday. I bought the lemon oreos on a whim to try them as I never had them before. They are pretty tasty! I am thinking of making a lemon oreo and cream pie or lemon oreo cookie cheesecake pie in a vanilla cookie or graham crust this week instead of the usual oreo cookie and cream pie in a chocolate cookie crust that I usually make.
