Bangers and mash with peas. I'll have my husband make an onion gravy. I gave up trying to make gravy. I am horrible at it.
Happy Saturday!

I am making a roasted duck tonight. Husband loves it. They had them on sale at my local grocery store. It's about 5 pounds. It cones with an orange sauce but hubby asked if I could make Hoisin sauce instead. Not sure what else we are having with it. I have had tasted duck but not a big fan. I might try a piece tonight.

We are having just a simple meal of country ribs, asparagus and fruit salad; easy and fool proof. Right now I am waiting for the weather to warm up enough to do a little yard work.
