Tonight we have vegetarian pizza with Durum flour,flax seeds,tomato sauce,mushrooms,green Bell peppers,garlic,ginger,green olives,onions and Canadian old cheddar cheese .With it a Romaine salad and a beer.For dessert a fruit salad with grapefruit,orange,banana,apple,cranberries,shredde d unsweetened coconut,lemon juice and a bit of vanilla sugar with Cointreau.

After much thought, tonite it will be a London broil grilled (on charcoal) sliced thin and placed on salads of romaine, radishes, red peppers, celery, sliced avocados, carrots, zucchini, kalamatas, red onions and grape tomatoes. I will sprinkle with gorgonzola and give a choice of avocado-cilantro dressing, balsamic and EVOO or just plain no dressing needed.
