Boneless pork butt from Aldi's, seasoned and cooked in the crockpot on low for 7 hours and finished off with BBQ sauce. I also added sliced onions to the bottom of the pot. This will be 4th time making this and I always get it from Aldi. It's been great every time. I will serve roasted potatoes with it and broccoli.

Husband is doing something with kielbasa, no clue what though. I am making roasted beets and a sweet potato pone to go with it.

Another nice day, so I am thinking something on the grill - ribeyes or kabobs. Kabobs sound good, but they are a lot more work than just throwing a steak on the grill!
