Found some chicken bits with teriyaki sauce at the store today~ so added some sesame seeds ~brown rice~ veggies ~ and a couple mini veggie spring rolls with sweet and sour dip to it. mostly home made Chinese!
Stuffed cabbage and baked noodle casserole (made with eggs, and cottage cheese with onions, herbs, mushrooms and garlic. Cucumber and red onion salad with sour cream and dill dressing.
Bought a couple of London Broil type steaks yesterday to make jerky with. Sliced and marinated that today, but kept out a nice couple of chunks---cut the chunks up and made a good old fashioned slow-simmered beef stew for supper.
For hubby's dessert I made a chocolate Guinness cake from a NYTimes recipe.
ordered Chinese food tonight. Ginger beef and Gen. Tsao's.
