We had huge leftovers from the diner last night, so I heated up the chopped steak, made gravy, made rice, and made a spinach salad. Dessert is rice pudding with a lemon-lime whipped cream.

I am making keema with basmati rice, cucumber raita, lassi. While for us old folks a potato and corn curry dish with chapatis. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

Over the weekend I stocked up on grapefruits and oranges. In the netting I was able to buy 7 for $1.78 and they taste so sweet. I am wondering why they sell in a net cheaper because they look just as fresh as the loose ones which sell .97 cents a piece.
