I just spent a hundred plus bucks at the grocery store, and now all I have a taste for is Chinese Take Out. THANKS, picklejuice!

I may make a box of mac and cheese - the kind that has the powder for the mix, not the stuff with the good sauce in the foil packet. Or a fried egg sandwich (white toast, fried ham, cheddar cheese, sunny side egg on top). Maybe cheese hot dogs. Or pizza bread.

Oh who am I kidding - I have no earthly idea. I still have to work for a few more hours - I may just eat Cheetos.

We were going to have BLTs. But another nice day to grill - 72 today! So it's cheeseburgers and roasted cabbage tonight and we'll have the BLTs tomorrow since the high temp is only supposed to be 40.

Grilled Black Bean Burgers on poppy seed Kaiser rolls, with jack cheese, jalapenos and a tomato slice with ranch and salsa dressing.

Deep fried onion rings coated with crumbled Cool Ranch Dorito crumbs dipped in ranch, and salsa dip - or ranch, salsa, and horseradish (for me). Trust me. These are awesome! They had them on The Chew today, and I made my variation of the recipe.

A nice sliced Polish Dill. And a cold beer.
