No ST Pat's dinner for us tonight. Partially cause I supposedly gave up beef for lent but to tell you the truth, I forgot to take the corned beef out of the freezer. We are having baked fish, Asian cold slaw and pot stickers I think. I might think of something else as well. This has been a hectic week, I am beat and I didn't even have time to plan a menu. will be glad when next week gets here!!!!

I thought I heard that on St. Patty's, Catholics got a reprieve from Lent for the day? Or is this just for green beer? Or, is this just a made up thing in Savannah?
I'm making Almrausch's meatloaf, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Jar o'gravy for DH. Trying to kill off a bottle of red wine to use in one of the bird feeders (the seed goes in the upside down bottle).
A strawberry banana nonfat Greek yogurt, a whole wheat pita & a slice of whole grain/wheat bread both with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of Jasmine tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
Cooking some Pão de Queijo with tonight's supper. I've heard so much about them, so I figured I'd see what all the fuss is about.
