This sounds great! I've never thought of adding carrots to meatloaf. How much bread crumbs?

A strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 3 toasted slices of whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of Jasmine tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

There are a few ingredients I've never used in meatloaf, like cheddar and brown sugar, so I'm eager to try it. It sounds good.
Yes, I would have figured out the missing bread...

I pulled a container of homemade sloppy joe put of the freezer. I'll make roasted asparagus for the kids to have too.
