A pot of collards seasoned with smoked turkey legs, the meat of which is falling off the bone.

Tonight a choice of 2 kind of home baked bread,one a Multigrain bread with oats,barley,flax seeds,caraway and the other bread with coriander seeds,sunflower and pumpkin seeds made from Spelt flour and Durum flour. With it we will have butter,Feta cheese,green olives and a bottle of Ontario red wine.
