Broccoli quinoa mushroom and cheddar bake. Creamy cucumber salad with onions and dill. A glass of Riesling.

I'll probably make some peas and a green salad to go on the side.

I had an early dinner of shrimp and vegetable tempura at a sushi place with two of my adult kids. Will make a grilled ham and Swiss on rye for DH when he gets home.

Cod on the grill with asparagus on the side, with a twist of lemon.

Salmon (baked with marinade of lemon juice, pressed garlic, scallion, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil); glazed snow peas; vegetable & lamb rice pilaf.

I was tired and there were leftover boiled potatoes so I sliced them up and made home fries with onions. Threw together a salad of greens and sliced peaches (from a can--it'll be great when we can get fresh peaches.) Glass of water. That's it.
