Leftover chicken curry with cumin naan,homemade plain yogurt,lassi and onion/tomato/cilantro salad. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit ( soon mango season and then every day mango )

We are having baked Talapia, roasted cauliflower, and cold slaw. I may do green beans as well.

Tuesday night is usually fast-food night in the Zola household.

Still a few more hours to decide, but I have a penchant for good old fish & chips from the local chippy; however, my partner has hinted at a Thai Red Chicken Curry.

Guess it will go down to either an arm wrestle (she wins) or pillow fight (I usually win).

I feel like making enchiladas. I have some pork or shrimp, so I'll use one of those. Fresh pico, avocado, and retried beans on the side.
