chuck delmonicos and chuck medallions from the shoulder tender is on the menu tonight
chuck delmonicos (also called chuck eyes) connect to the rib eye on the chuck there are only 6 steaks on one whole critter....they are awesome!! usually 4-5lb less than rib eyes

the shoulder tenders/chuck medallions (are a rare lean & tender steak...from the chuck also,,,so it has good flavor (technical muscle name is teres major) this is not the flat iron

these are both great on the grill!!
