Fiance told me her plans for tonight's dinner. We have fresh kale, red potatoes, and mushrooms (she didn't mention what type) and are going to make a hash. Might throw some shredded chicken from the fridge in. Also need to stop for eggs on the way home now. An egg over easy on top of this sounds just about perfect.
I don't know. I don't feel like making anything. weather is crummy, I have a headache from the rain, but we have junk to do. We'll probably have lunch out - so that will generate leftovers which we'll bring home and probably have for dinner too. I am SO MAD - husband didn't wake me up like he was supposed to so I got up over two hours late, so now I'm in a bad mood to boot.

LOL, spend a week in California (especially inland) and you'll look like you've just come out of the oven.
