Chicken fried chicken with country gravy, fried corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, corn bread, sweet tea. Dessert watermelon, and YES I cooked this at home.

Today's weather is just wrong. High heat and humidity, yuck! I asked the kids if they wanted delivery or homemade pizza. They picked homemade?!? If I thought they would actually pick homemade I wouldn't have offered!!
All I can say is thank goodness for AC!

I am thinking a taco bake, or homemade pizza. I'm in a gooey cheese mood. I might have enough frozen blueberries to make a pie before it gets too hot.

Tonight little cottage cheese dumplings with homemade cilantro /hot green chili raita and a tomato and onion salad. To drink lassi or lemon water. For dessert red grapes.
