Tonight we had the leftover hoisin lime grilled chicken, chopped up for make your own burrito night, with offerings of grilled veggies, ranch style beans, and grated cheddar.

it is nippy, and change of season,,,, I welcome the aromas of comfort foods that fill the house in the fall..

Last night was cold leftover roasted chicken, steamed asparagus and fresh tomato slices. Tomorrow is weigh-in day, so it will be a light supper tonight -- big Greek salad and crusty bread, I think.
