There's a bit of a nip in the air that put me in the mood for some autumnal food.

Pot roast, mushroom rice pilaf, garlicky sautéed spinach, chocolate truffles & chai tea.

it is nippy, and change of season,,,, I welcome the aromas of comfort foods that fill the house in the fall..

Last night was cold leftover roasted chicken, steamed asparagus and fresh tomato slices. Tomorrow is weigh-in day, so it will be a light supper tonight -- big Greek salad and crusty bread, I think.
